From the quote call to the cured shell, our process is built around reliability, precision, and zero surprises for your pool build schedule.
Quote & Scheduling
Your pool builder contacts us with the pool plans and shoot date. We review the design, confirm material quantities, and lock in a shoot date that fits your construction timeline. We work around your schedule.
Pre-Shoot Inspection
Before we fire a single nozzle, our lead nozzleman walks the steel. We verify rebar spacing, check plumbing stub-outs, confirm bond beam heights, and ensure the shell is ready to receive gunite. Problems caught now save expensive rework later.
Equipment Setup
Our Mack gunite truck and Ford support vehicle arrive on-site with all materials and equipment. We set up the hose run, connect the compressor, and prepare the mix — all before the first bag of cement is opened.
Gunite Application
Our certified nozzleman applies pneumatic gunite to the steel framework at high velocity, building the walls, floor, benches, and steps to the specified thickness. Every section is shot in the correct sequence to ensure structural integrity and prevent voids.
Hand Finishing
Immediately after the gunite is applied, our finishing crew hand-rods and trowels the surface to the required smoothness. Bond beams, coping ledges, and step nosings are shaped and finished to spec.
Cure & Sign-Off
We wet-cure the shell per industry standards and provide a shoot report to your pool builder. The shell is ready for the next phase — plumbing, electrical, tile, and plaster — on schedule.
